We have crushed a number of bastards in this organisation, all the way from Nairobi to New York. These are people who through their power, crush victims and create victims of the powerless. And that’s not something that I was brought up with. You know my father taught me particular values which was that generous capable men do not create victims, they stop others creating victims.
